Fun COOP Run!
Grupo BPO internal members together with affiliate members from PNI International came together to join the 2019 Coop Run, organized by no other than the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) as a kick-off event for its 2019 Cooperative Month Celebration, held last October 5, 2019 in Pasay City. Braving the super early call time on a Saturday morning, the group made the short trip and ran as one with many other Cooperatives operating under the umbrella of CDA. In a way, participating in such an event made us feel like we are part of a unified association of Cooperatives sharing basic pro-people principles and during the time, are brought together for a good cause of coming together in a healthy and vigorous way. It was truly a great opportunity to have enjoyed such a time of fun and togetherness – a sanity break in disguise, in between the usual hustle and bustle routines of the members’ daily lives.
